Our JG Conditioning Classes are specifically designed to prepare for returning JG's. Each class builds on the skills learned and developed in the previous class while teaching each participant proper stroke technique, and building their strength and endurance. This class is recommended for any swimmer who has already qualified and/or participated in JG's and is looking to get back into swimming shape before their session starts.
Classes on Sunday from 9:00-10:00am. Seven-week Session: May 5 - June 16.
