Swim Club sessions run for four consecutive weeks and consist of fun 30 - minute swim workouts with an emphasis on technique of the four competitive swimming strokes. Swim Club is ideal for kids looking to improve their strokes and conditioning for swim team, junior guards, or just for fitness. The minimum requirement for level one is that you can swim one length (25 yards) of the pool unassisted. Levels 2 and 3 require coach approval.
